Site evaluation

Before designing anything, members of our team will visit your property to take measurements and photos.

Design phase

Our designers use their creativity and experience to design and prepare comprehensive plans to meet your aesthetic and functional goals.

Proposal review

We present a 2D design along with a budget figure for your project. You’ll now have an opportunity to review with your team, ask questions and suggest revisions. If permitting is required for your property, we’ll take care of it.

Plan & budget approval

An estimate based on a final, approved design will be presented for your approval. Once approved, construction begins!
