Before any design work could begin, a detailed assessment of the grounds was required. The local ordinances were contacted as we worked alongside them to ensure the entire project was fully permitted. All environmental concerns were addressed with the town as well.

Throughout the landscape, lines are used to complement the mansion they surround. The backyard is tiered in spots.

Natural cobblestone walls are everywhere, lining the entranceway as well as other corners, such as the courtside and poolside patios.
